Become a Partnering Agency

In order to meet the needs of all Minnesota residents, Cradle of Hope partners with agencies throughout Minnesota who work directly with clients.  It is our hope that every Minnesota resident will have easy access to a Cradle of Hope Partnering Agency where she can obtain the assistance, support, and hope she needs.  If you would like to become a Cradle of Hope Partnering Agency, please complete the application below.  You will be contacted to schedule a Cradle of Hope Orientation.  If you have any questions, please call 651-478-1418.
