We are in search of someone who can volunteer their time at Cradle of Hope writing thank you notes to those who donate to Cradle of Hope. This individual would also help with other projects as they arise.  One day per week or one day per month.  Hours are flexible.

We are looking for a friendly Receptionist who can greet families that come to Cradle of Hope and who can respond to individuals who call Cradle of Hope for help.


  • Qualifications:
  • Must fully support Cradle of Hope’s mission, be able to positively interact with others, be kind, non judgmental, and compassionate.  Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma, and must pass a background check.


  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answers calls and greets visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Transfers callers to the appropriate staff.
  • Provides additional resources to callers when appropriate.
  • Assists the Infant Safe Slumber trainer by preparing the training room prior to class and assembling baby shower baskets which are distributed to moms.
  • Monitors the reception area with 1-2 visiting children while their moms attend the Infant Safe Slumber class.
  • Assists with related office duties.
